RED ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!! I thought lyndsey fonseca would've been the black widow spying on peggy not the blonde. She still may be something. That little girl they find in Russia is apart of the red room yes

I said it! That blonde chick Dottie is the damn assassin from the earlier episode where she gunned down those two dudes dressed as a man. Loved the episode, especially the Stan Lee cameo. I hope Dottie is from the Red Room. Would love to see some Black Widow/Red Room history bits, I hope they go that route. Can't wait for the Howling Commandos!

Really thought peggy a waitress friend was red room. Fonseca is a badass on Nikita so...the casting made sense

This show is refreshingly different from SHIELD, even if I am a huge fan of that show. I like how unique this show is compared to the rest of the MCU.

@UltimateNullifier maybe one of those vials that weNt to govt, goes to shield when it's formed. Zola gets his hands on it and that's how winter soldier gets his strength and prolonged aging

Yelena Belova! Dottie is definitely Red Room's proto Black Widow, sent by Leviathan to keep tabs on Agent Carter! And now they are going to Russia and a little girl stabs someone (DUmDum?). Looks like they are going full tilt into building up great backstory for Black Widow via the program and Red Room.

Atwell slayed her scenes with Cooper tonight. Loved the scene at Nurenberg. Love that they seem to be going full tilt with Leviathan. I mean, the massacre is a cover up for the creation of Leviathan right? A group of people murdered and mutilated beyond recognition so a group of Soviets could go do Communism's answer to HYDRA? Love the direction, the acting, the art direction, everything!

But most of all, I [frick]ing LIVED for Dottie going full on Black Widow.

@ComicsBornAndBred Zola experimented on Bucky before Cap rescued him from Hydra in First Avenger. He already had enhanced abilities, it's how he survived falling to his death...
GhostDog
GhostDog - 1/27/2015, 8:08 PM
@homodrome I know that but it's only truly specified that's how he survived the fall. I never really liked that explanation. Zola just experimenting and making bucky long lived. I feel like them mention of govt having steve's blood will mean something soon

Hmmm...

Belova...?

Is the little girl Natasha Romanov?

What if this whole show is an ORIGIN story for Widow?

It would be VERY plausible...

Who wants to see the Soviet Super-Soldiers?
GhostDog
GhostDog - 1/27/2015, 8:10 PM
@homodrome bucky never exhibited any abilities after the experimentat ion like on the train scene before his fall

homodrome - 1/27/2015, 8:30 PM
@ComicsBornAndBred rewatch it, Bucky had already been experimented on. And a fall like that, even in a Marvel movie would kill a normal person. Not to mention the blood loss and exposure.

Also: Finally a really great female villain!

the way they choreographed Dottie's attack was done in the same style as Black Widow. Love that they use this almost spider like attack for them. Makes their codename more than just a reference to seducing and then killing their mark.

@homodrome I got you. Looking for super strength display but okay. Excitem for black widow

Fonseca kicked ass in Nikita and would have been great in action scenes. Regan was also very good as a mercenary/rogue MI5 agent in White Collar.
