Change.org Petition Created To Bring The ABC/Marvel Television series 'Agent Carter' To Neflix

Agent Carter has been cancelled by ABC and Marvel Television, but a fan of the series (such as myself) has created a petition to bring the series to Netflix. Want to support this petition? Sign it after the jump!

Agent Carter is a unique series that featured a strong female (superhero-ish) lead, with it being one of a only a handful of TV series that feature a strong female lead. A couple days ago, it was announced that ABC and Marvel Television had elected to not renew Agent Carter for a third season. There may be reason for this as Hayley Atwell will be starring on another ABC series, Conviction. That hasn't stopped fans of the series from creating a petition on Change.org that, as of this writing has 11,704 signatures of the 50,000 signatures needed. The petition has spread to the likes of Chad Michael Murray who, may or may not have been killed off in Season 2's cliffhanger as well as show runner Tara Butters. The petition is calling for the series to be revived on Netflix, which would seem like the perfect fit for the series as it also features more grounded, superpowered beings like DaredevilJessica JonesLuke CageIron Fist, and the upcoming Punisher series. If the series is picked up on Netflix, I'd personally like to see the series go from the 40s to the mid-late 1950s and 60s and develope the creation of SHIELD and Project Paperclip, specifically. The petition was created by Arnau S. of Spain.

If you're a fan of the series, signing this petition and spreading awareness that we are very much interested in the series continue and fans of the series. Our wish of seeing it revived with the intent of Atwell and the cast of the series reprising their roles is only a stepping stone to getting this series back on television screens (or computer screens) everywhere, (again!).

Would you like to see the series revived on Netflix or another platform? Sound off below in the comments!

Dumb. just let it go. I liked season 1. I even joined in on the #renewagentcarter campaign on twitter after that first season. After the first two episodes of season 2 I lost interest. This show doesn't even belong on Netflix. That would mean one of the other great shows would not come out that year. Maybe they could put in on Free Form like their proposed Cloak and Dagger show.

Maybe they can keep it going in flashback scenes on AOS or something. Glad it got cancelled though. It was boring

It's already at almost 45,000! Hopefully they at least finish up the story and wrap everything the show still has great potential.

Change.org may be the most pointless website ever created.

I tried watching the show but I just couldn't get into it. What are some of the highlights from the 2 seasons?

@four20smoke - There are none. I thought it was mediocre at best. I honestly don't know what anyone saw in it.

As much as I enjoyed the first two seasons, I'm fine that it's ended. Sometimes less is more.

That's fine. Agent Carter isn't a show I particularly want to see on Netflix. It not being a weekly show that fills in the break for AoS really would take away from my enjoyment of it. I didn't like the cancelling but I was much more heartbroken that they didn't pick up Most Wanted. I really would love two ABC shows set in the present running at the same time to take advantage of the crossover aspect of the MCU. I wouldn't be au

Surprised if Cloak and Dagger had a crossover episode on AoS though.
