Marvel Comics' 2010 Shadowland storyline is not generally viewed as Daredevil's finest moment, but the arc did introduce what's widely considered to be one of the hero's best costumes.
Possessed by the demonic Beast, the Man Without Fear donned a mostly black outfit with red eyes, and it's a look fans have been hoping to see in live-action ever since the now defunct Daredevil Netflix series was announced.
We know Charlie Cox will sport a version of his red and yellow costume for She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, but what about the upcoming Born Again Disney+ series?
We still don't know much about the show, but if it's even loosely based on the comic run of the same name, we can probably expect the character to be taken down a fairly dark route. So, what better opportunity to debut the Shadowland suit?
This fan-made poster for the series from agtdesign gives us some idea of how Cox might look in said outfit, as the Devil of Hell's Kitchen is joined by Vincent D'Onofrio's Kingpin, Echo (Alaqua Cox), Claire Temple (Rosario Dawson), Karen Page (Deborah Ann-Woll), and The Punisher (Frank Castle).
While Wilson Fisk is certain to factor into Born Again, it's unclear whether any of these other characters will appear - although a recent rumor did indicate that Bernthal's Frank Castle would make his presence felt.
Daredevil: Born Again is not expected to premiere until 2024 at the earliest, but we might just get some official updates on the show's status during D23 on September 10.
