The Suit Makes The Man In New Promo Photo For DAREDEVIL Season Two

Marvel has released a new promo photo for season two of Daredevil, and it features the Man Without Fear's costume stored away in a wooden box. Does it offer any clues about what's to come next year, and more importantly, does it feature that iconic logo? Check it out...

So, no logo just yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if this is actually a stock image from season one! Either way, it's still a new look at the suit, and this could be where Matt Murdock will be hiding his new duds when the show returns. Hopefully it's going to get some upgrades when Daredevil premieres on Netflix next year, including that all important "DD" symbol and the ability for Charlie Cox to turn his head! Are you looking forward to season two? Let us know your thoughts below...

But did they take away the doofy nose-guard?

Looks like Marvel's trying to do some damage control after the whole suit was apparently leaked earlier:

His final suit still looks incredibly lame though. It's disappointing that he looked so much better in his makeshift black outfit.

man that mask still looks like shit though...

the black makeshift one was way more badass

Woah, how come I've never seen that before? Did that leak before S1?

Completely red with DD on the front would be nice.

Or are you saying that just leaked?

Look like they changed the suit a bit. Made it more sleek and form fitting. Similar to Cap's suit in terms of fit now. And the collar. They fixed the face stuff

Can't wait for Season 2

The Black suit was perfect, it was so simple but so effective

Seeing this at the end of every opening credits sequence definitely had me thinking that the final suit would be different.... It grew on me though, and the first season was so impressive as far as story and characterization that I'm still really happy with everything, the suit makes sense within the story too

@staypuffed Yup, I only saw it earlier today so I'm assuming it just leaked.

@dethpillow Agreed. I actually don't mind the look of the overall suit, but that mask is where it just falls off the rails. It looks ridiculous.

Too much black. Hope Melvin potter keeps upgrading it

I think the suit is actually pretty bad ass. If that leak is the new one, they slimmed it down from the end of the first season which was my biggest gripe. There wa way to much "armor" on the one in the first season. I like that this is more form fitting. Also when it's cinematically lit, it's going to look bad ass

I know it is hard to translate the suit from the paper to the screen, but I really don't like that suit... Just something more akin to his classic costume.

Huh! Okay then.

Besides that Nolan Batman-esque cowl, the actual suit itself looks cool. I knew from the beginning that we weren't gonna get a 100% straight up adaption so I was prepared for anything. It looks a bit like a meld of his 90's armored costume and the classic red one.

I loved Ben Aflecks DD costume

If the pic @SauronsBANE posted is new, then the suit is identical.

This final suit looks pretty bad, series is great tho.

Looking at @SauronsBANE leaked pic below, they obviously made the suit sleeker and more form fitting. The mask, neck and cheek areas are a little better. The fit reminds me of Cap's suit from TWS. The collar too. Get rid of the excessive black and it's perfect. Also the nose looks more pointy which is better. Hopefully Melvin potter keeps upgrading it. It fits the story. He's not gonna have some badass suit made by SHIELD or Stark

I hate the black and white. Why can't they just make the suit like the one Batfleck had? Terrible movie. amazing suit

@CombatWombat

I heard an interview with Joe Quesada and he talked about the nose guard. He says he knows it looks as you put it doofy, but they tried it without it and you could clearly tell it was Charlie Cox underneath the mask, and it just didn't make sense that no one wouldn't figure out his secret identity if they kept it that way.

So yeah it looks weird, but I like that they at least have a reason for it.
