Some new promotional photos from Loki have been revealed, and the God of Mischief's many new costumes receive the spotlight after he's forced to ditch his Asgardian gear for the Time Variance Authority's uniform (before receiving that, Loki will be decked out in one of their jumpsuits!).
With Loki facing the threat of deletion, it appears the TVA is able to force The Avengers baddie to work for them and fix the timeline he broke by escaping with the Tesseract. Of course, Loki being Loki, he's bound to have something planned, especially as we're talking about a version that missed the events of Thor: The Dark World, Thor: Ragnarok, and Avengers: Infinity War.
However, just because the villain has no other choice than to answer to the TVA, doesn't mean he's not gonna give them a hard time! The clandestine organisation has clearly found a way to keep Loki in check, but it's not going to stop him messing with them...then again, should that surprise us?
Regardless, something tells us that TVA uniform doesn't last long before Loki makes it his own.
In Loki, the imperious God of Mischief, who, after absconding with the Tesseract, is a fish-out-of-water when he lands in a world of trouble with the bureaucratic TVA (Time Variance Authority) steps out of his brother’s shadow in a new series that takes place after the events of Avengers: Endgame.
Tom Hiddleston returns as the title character, joined by Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino, Wunmi Mosaku and Richard E. Grant. Kate Herron directs Loki, and Michael Waldron is head writer. Recently, we learned the show will premiere on Disney+ on June 9th, 2021.
