We had hoped Loki would premiere on Disney+ this summer, but Marvel Studios recently confirmed the series won't return until October 6.
One recent rumour suggested that reshoots are taking place in order to deal with Jonathan Majors' place in the MCU as Kang the Conqueror. Time will tell on that front, but there's still a huge amount of excitement surrounding the show's return.
Very little has been revealed thus far, though some promo art recently offered a first look at some of Loki's returning characters. Among them was Owen Wilson's Mobius M. Mobiu, albeit in a space suit of some sort. Now, we know it's called a "Temporal Suit."
A much closer look at the live-action costume was revealed at the recent Disney Upfront presentation, and it's certainly pretty unique!
If we had to hazard a guess, it will be used for Mobius to traverse the Multiverse and perhaps even explore timelines which are about to be destroyed during incursions. That's one possibility, anyway, though we don't even know which Mobius this will be after the season one finale's big cliffhanger.
The series stars Tom Hiddleston, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Wunmi Mosaku, Tara Strong, Eugene Cordero, Owen Wilson, Sophia Di Martino, and Jonathan Majors. Ke Huy Quan, Rafael Casal, and Kate Dickie have all been cast in undisclosed roles.
Wilson is rumoured to reprise his role as Mobius in Deadpool 3, though that's yet to be confirmed.
As noted, Loki will return to Disney+ on October 6.
