LOKI Season 2 Promo Art Features The Show's Leads And Teases Miss Minutes' Sinister New Mission

Loki season 2 premieres on Disney+ later this evening and some stylised new promo art has been released which sees the God of Mischief and the rest of the show's supporting cast stand tall.

Owen Wilson's Mobius is among them and, during a recent interview with IGN, executive producer Kevin Wright was asked whether we'll finally see the TVA agent ride a jet ski in this latest batch of episodes.

"Stay tuned," he teased. "Listen, we know, we know what people want. There's a famous quote that if you ask people before the invention of the car what they would want, they would all say faster horses."

"So sometimes you got to think outside the box, and we want to give people what they want, but if we just do it the way you're expecting, it probably wouldn't be fulfilling."

While we wait and see on that front, there's a new look at Miss Minutes here which has definitely caught our attention. Her image is accompanied by what appears to be a quote from the series in which the TVA's mascot says, "It was foolish to make an enemy out of someone who knows all his secrets."

Is it possible she's turned her back on Kang/He Who Remains or could this be a reference to the God of Mishief?

Time will tell, but you can check out this newly revealed Loki promo art below.

Loki season 2 will pick up in the aftermath of the shocking season finale when Loki finds himself in a battle for the soul of the Time Variance Authority. Along with Mobius, Hunter B-15 and a team of new and returning characters, Loki navigates an ever-expanding and increasingly dangerous multiverse in search of Sylvie, Judge Renslayer, Miss Minutes and the truth of what it means to possess free will and glorious purpose.

The series stars Tom Hiddleston, Sophia Di Martino, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Wunmi Mosaku, Eugene Cordero, Rafael Casal, Tara Strong, Kate Dickie, Liz Carr, Neil Ellice, with Jonathan Majors, Ke Huy Quan and Owen Wilson.

Justin Benson & Aaron Moorhead, Dan Deleeuw and Kasra Farahani direct episodes. The Head Writer is Eric Martin.

Loki season 2 begins streaming on October 5, exclusively on Disney+.

You don't have to subvert expectations. You tried that with The Last Jedi, how'd that work out? Almost killed Star Wars lol
