Almost six months after commencing principal photography, Luke Cage, the third Marvel Netflix series leading up to The Defenders, is still well into filming in and around New York. And the latest photos captured from the set almost three weeks ago feature leading man Mike Colter as Cage taking on two officers from the New York Police Department. There are potential spoilers in these photos, so keep that in mind as you scroll down below.
After a sabotaged experiment leaves him with super strength and unbreakable skin, Luke Cage (Mike Colter) becomes a fugitive trying to rebuild his life in modern day Harlem, New York City. But he is soon pulled out of the shadows and must fight a battle for the heart of his city--forcing him to confront a past he had tried to bury.
