After weeks of glowing reviews, tonight's finally the night that FOX's second X-Men spinoff series, The Gifted, makes its long-awaited worldwide debut.

We've already seen photos from episodes one and two, and now, FOX has gone ahead and released photos from the freshman season's third episode, which contains mild spoilers for the first two hours as we learn that the Strucker patriarch (Stephen Moyer) has somehow been separated from his family (Amy Acker, Natalie Alyn Lynd, Percy Hynes White). The photos also show Thunderbird (Blair Redford) teaching Blink (Jamie Chung) how to control her powers and also provide us with our first look at Elena Satine (Smallville, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.) as Dreamer.

Check out twenty-three promotional stills from episode three, titled "
eXodus," below:

@ODanil - it's just Heroes. X-Men was late to the game tv wise.

Heroes did everything this show is doing.

I'll give it a watch. I have so little patience for Singer that I'll probably not enjoy it, but there's talent in the cast, so not all hope is lost.

I just wish we had one solidly good version of the X-Men. The movies are an inconsistent mess and the only guy who seemed to really get them is off to make Terminator, Perlmutter's Ike-Men are a fizzle, and Heroes is long past its best-by date.

(I'm not going to say that Feige is our only hope, but he's maybe our only hope. Unless maybe Latcham is doing something behind the scenes or something...)

Off-topic (not really): John Ottman and David Buckley to score The Gifted.

Ottman????
Holy shit!!!!!
Although i don't think they really managed to get Ottman for a whole serie, maybe just the pilot (which is directed by Singer so it makes sense), maybe the rest is scored by that Buckley guy.
