Wow. After arguably the best episode of the season, The Gifted takes a week off before returning with its most biggest installment yet as Andy and Lauren put up a last stand against Sentinel Services!

Week after week, FOX's The Gifted continues to prove itself as one of the best comic book tv shows currently airing and tonight was no exception as the series delivered arguably its best episode of the year. 

The show will take a break to recover from Thanksgiving next week, but the following Monday, get ready for the most emotionally draining installment yet as the Mutant Underground face-off with Sentinel Services and find themselves fighting for their lives. However, just when all hope looks lost, it looks like Lauren and Andy may just have one last trick up their sleeves.

MUTANT LIVES HANG IN THE BALANCE ON AN ALL-NEW "THE GIFTED" MONDAY, DECEMBER 4, ON FOX

The team develops a risky plan to help mutants who are in Sentinel Services' custody. Reed reveals details to Andy and Lauren about the Struckers' family history that could prove to be a game-changer in the all-new "outfoX" episode of THE GIFTED airing Monday, Dec. 4 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
 

Action-adventure family drama THE GIFTED, from Marvel, tells the story of a suburban couple whose ordinary lives are rocked by the sudden discovery that their children possess mutant powers. Forced to go on the run from a hostile government, the family joins up with an underground network of mutants and must fight to survive.

@TotalChaos57 - I agree... The Strucker Family history was some good stuff, and while they didn’t mention him, the timeline would work well to put a Baron Strucker in WWII.

@CapA - it’s solidly entertaining, in my opinion. I’ve liked the pacing so far, and while the set up is pretty generic Fox X-men, they’ve done a good job with it. It feels legitimately like an alternate X-men universe, rather than a show that is just cribbing stuff here and there.

Awesome episode, loved everything!
Fox really likes to recycle their actors tho, first Firefly from Gotham, now that Shaman that trained Bruce! :P

But c'mon, they have...what? 13 episodes? Why the break, man...
