We got a first look at some action-packed footage from upcoming thriller Gunpowder Milkshake last month, and Netflix has now released an alternate version of the trailer along with a new poster featuring the movie's lethal leading ladies.

Directed by Israeli filmmaker Navot Papushado (Rabies, Big Bad Wolves), the movie stars Karen Gillan (Guardians of the Galaxy, Jumanji) as a hit-woman named Sam who reunites with her mother Scarlet (Game of Thrones alum Lena Headey) 15 years after she abandoned her child in order to protect her from a ruthless crime organization known as The Firm.

According to the synopsis, "when a high-risk job goes wrong, Sam must choose between serving The Firm and protecting the life of an innocent 8-year-old girl – Emily (Chloe Coleman). With a target on her back, Sam has only one chance to survive: reunite with her mother and her lethal associates The Librarians (Bassett, Yeoh and Gugino)."

This "new" trailer is basically just a slightly shorter version of the StudioCanal one, but there are a few new shots of Sam and co. unleashing hell on their unfortunate adversaries.

Gunpowder Milkshake also stars Paul Giamatti, Ralph Ineson and Freya Allan, and is set to blast its way onto Netflix on July 14.
