After that massive cliffhanger, the final two episodes of Stranger Things season 4 can't get here soon enough. Now, Netflix has just dropped some first look images from the two supersized episodes that will clock in at nearly four hours in total. What do these stills tell us about how things will wrap up in this penultimate season for the hit Netflix series come July 1?

The biggest reveal is obviously that Nancy survives her run-in with Vecna and manages to escape from the Upside Down. Along with Eddie, Steve, Robin, Dustin, Lucas, Max, and Erica, they're clearly looking for a way to save the day.

Meanwhile, Mike, Will, Jonathan, and Argyle remain on their mission to rescue Eleven, though it doesn't look like she needs their help! Back in Russia, Hopper, Joyce, Murray, and their new pal Dmitri are all still hoping to escape that prison...with an angry Demogorgon no doubt on the hunt for them (along with all those guards).

Netflix is keeping details on those final two episodes a closely guarded secret, and while some spoilers did leak for the first seven chapters, we're heading into this next couple completely in the dark.

Eleven has regained her powers, of course, though the reveal that "001" is Vecna is a true game-changer. The "finale" explained that the unhinged powerhouse was sent into the Upside Down by Eleven when they clashed in the Hawkins National Laboratory and that their battle is the reason a door between realities was opened. That changes a lot we thought we knew about the series.

As noted, Stranger Things season 4 will wrap up on Netflix on July 1.
