THE WITCHER: First Official Season 3 Poster Released; Trailer Expected Tomorrow

Netflix has released the first official poster art for the third season of its fantasy series, The Witcher, and it sounds like we also may get a teaser trailer to accompany it at some point tomorrow...

Netflix has released the first official key art for the upcoming third season of The Witcher.

The poster features Geralt of Rivia (Henry Cavill), Yennefer of Vengaburg (Anya Chalotra) and Princess Ciri (Freya Allan) sharing an emotional embrace. The accompanying tagline reads, "Hold tight, 'till tomorrow."

Is a first look at some footage on the way? It might just be more posters or promo stills, but we'd say a teaser promo is a decent bet.

This will mark the final season with Cavill in the role of Geralt, as Liam Hemsworth will be taking over from season 4 on. There have been conflicting reports about why the Man of Steel star decided to part ways (some seem to feel he wasn't given much choice) with the show, but whatever the reason, fans were not happy when the news broke.

Ever so, there still seems to be quite a bit of anticipation for this next batch of episodes. Check out the poster at the link below, and be sure to keep an eye on SFFGazette.com tomorrow for updates.

Have you guys been keeping up with The Witcher? Looking forward to season 3? Drop us a comment down below.

Cancel it, fire the showrunner and writers, throw all your money at cavill, and beg him to come in for a rebooted Witcher series.

I do look forward to this, but I wouldn't mind it if this is the last season. Not just because Cavill is leaving, but also because I don't think the world is that interesting for more seasons.

Still, it's probably my second favourite fantasy show at the moment. House of the Dragon is obviously number 1, but I also kinda like Willow a lot too. Blood Origin was pretty bad though.
