AMERICAN GODS Season 2 Teaser Trailer Sees Mr. Wednesday Assemble An Army Of Deities

The first teaser for the second season of Starz's American Gods is now online, and it gives us a first glimpse of some new characters while reintroducing a few old friends. Check it out after the jump...

The second season of American Gods has not had the smoothest of journeys to the small screen, but despite losing two showrunners and principal cast member Gillian Anderson in a very short span, Starz's adaptation of Neil Gaiman's celebrated novel will indeed return for its sophomore outing in 2019.

The first teaser trailer dropped today during the show's NYCC panel, and if the behind-the-scenes turmoil had any impact on the quality of the series, it certainly isn't evident from this footage.

If you've read Gaiman's book then you'll have some idea of how the story will progress, but all the official plot synopsis really tells us is that the action picks up hours after Mr. Wednesday revealed himself as Odin to Shadow Moon in the season 1 finale.

Will you be tuning in for American Gods season 2? Sound off in the usual place.

Well I guess Batman killing is just something DC wants to make part of the norm again. http://m.ign.com/articles/2018/10/05/robin-actor-says-batman-is-a-killer-in-dcs-titans

I saw Venom. Villain is weak, story is point a-b-c generic, but I would still recommend for Tom Hardy and Venom. Both were a lot of fun.

So I just got done watching the Winter Soldier and I know I'm going to take shit for this and I know the DC Fanatics will come at me but I have to say Winter Soldier in my opinion at least is a thousand times better than the Dark Knight
