“Modus Vivendi” Stephen’s (Amell) hard work as a double agent seems to be paying off with a potential truce between the Tomorrow People and Ultra. Still untrusting, Cara (List) sends Russell (Yoo) to meet with The Founder (guest star Simon Merrells).
