Spider-Ham was one of the stand-out characters of Spider-Man: Into the Spidey-Verse; partly due to his wild antics and toon force powers, but also because of comedian John Mulaney's portrayal as the character, adding the perfect voice and comic delivery to top off the already bonkers and loveable hero.
Fans are patiently waiting for Mulaney's return as his version of the webbed wonder in the upcoming Into the Spider-Verse 2 or one of its rumored spin-offs. Those looking for another dose of the hilarity that ensues on Spider-Ham's watch don't have to wait any longer, however, as Mulaney has returned to voice the character for the sixth-anniversary celebration of the popular mobile title MARVEL Contest of Champions.
The promotional motion comic titled "ANNND WE ARE BACK ON AIR!" is below, with Mulaney in all of his Spider-Ham glory. See for yourself as the character is roped in by Mojo, another recent addition to the Battlerealm!
Several other announcements were made in addition to Mulaney's Spider-Ham return, such as that the character will be ensured for free for anyone who logs in until the end of the year! Hercules' addition in 2021 was also announced, and a full CG trailer was put together with amazing animation, featuring many heroes like Captain America, Deadpool, Domino, Kang The Conqueror, and more!
