Batman: Arkham City is the upcoming sequel to action-adventure stealth video game Batman: Arkham Asylum, based on DC Comics Batman, for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U, and Microsoft Windows. It is being developed by Rocksteady Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. The game is scheduled to be released worldwide the week of October 18, 2011!

This game WILL be awesome!! Please, Rocksteady, come out with a third Batman game and include lots more stuff!

They should make a Batman movie based on this game. I woul;d definitley watch that, IMO. :)

@batmanrises, a lot. Assassin's Creed franchise, Bioshock, Dragon Age & Mass Effect series, Oblivion, etc. There are a lot of good game soundtracks.

@mizeatwizad52 - I totally agree. I like the armored, industrial look of the game costume but they're still streamlined and stay true to the original source. I think they'd look good on the big screen as well, sans the undies on the outside though :-)

well I pre-order this in January and the the worst thing happen about 2 weeks before it comes out the disk dive on my Xbox broke so now I had to take it in and have it replaced
:( so that suck but at least i got to see Batman:Year One early so that was good but hoping by Oct.18 it will be fixed so figurs crossed
