Thanks to the folks at ArkhamCity.co.uk, we may have our first clue at an Arkham three!

A beady eyed YouTube user has found an all new Arkham City easter egg that could possibly point out the location of Rocksteady’s next game. Arkham Asylum had it's secret room: Arkham City has it's secret puddle!

Remember those awesome blueprints hidden within Arkham Asylum that detailed Arkham City’s location? Rocksteady were keen to show off their vision for Arkham City way before the official announcement and we think there’s a chance they’ve done the same again.

Located in The Penguin’s museum this puddle seems to hold a distant reflection of what appears to be a city skyline. Now this skyline doesn’t represent any location we’ve seen so far in the Arkhamverse: including the Gotham skyline that surrounds both games. We may be jumping to conclusions but we’d love to presume this is a possible hint to where Rocksteady are heading next. And if not, we'd love to know why Rocksteady have decided to place such an image in such a peculiar place!

But what do you think? A sneaky Easter egg from Rocksteady? Or just a group of fans going crazy over a puddle?! Who knows!

The puddle's exact location and tutorial to find it can be seen below if you are still a skeptic!

Pause at 0:44 for a GREAT look at it!

If you pull up to a tall building somewhere in Arkham City and look at the Gotham Skyline, this resembles somewhat of Gotham's as seen in the video. One can speculate as to why Gotham would be hidden in a puddle, well perhaps an event takes place where Gotham gets flooded or maybe it's just a sly clue. Arkham City fans have also searched all puddles and couldn't find this image anywhere else.

To back up that Arkham Three may be made, Kevin Conroy recently stated that he has finished voicework for a game (although it may be too early for Arkham Three) but the game doesn't have a name, only a number [That could be 3!].

That footage starts at 5:00, but the beginning of the video up until then is really entertaining.

Unrelated Side Note: After the game part, he says he voiced Batman for a new Flash movie called Flashpoint. Does this mean that DC will adapt Flashpoint as an animated movie? One can only hope. Although only Dark Knight Returns Part 1 and 2 are announced, they will be needing another film if they follow seasonal release schedule.

However, a while ago Paul Dini and Rocksteady expressed interest in doing a Superman game and doing voicework for Batman this early could mean that has had recorded a Batman cameo. That could mean that this skyline is of Metropolis, but we don't see anything that resembles landmarks such as LexCorp and The Daily Planet. So perhaps it's for Bludhaven? Nightwing was the only playable character in the game who didn't have a voice actor or appear in the story.

What do you think about this new puddle secret?

I would love the next game to be in Gotham City. It would be a very grand scale.

Well this is kind of Obvious, I mean with Hush and all. Can't wait till some sort of official announcement is made. Ra's not being staked on the fence post where he died is the scariest part of the game.

I think Rocksteady needs to move away from the Arkham title.

They should call the next game, Batman: Gotham City.

It's short, sweet, and to the point.

@jme Indeed! [frick]ing great game! Can't wait until the next installment. If they're working on a Superman game, I hope it's comparable.

If they use Hush, does that mean the Riddler will play a big part in the game? Since he has left alot of clues throughout the first two games? It sounds like an interesting theory if you think about it.

I think it's obvious without compiling any proof that Gotham as a whole is the natural progression for the series.

Loved the last two and I'm drooling for a 3rd. Hush is gonna rock.

I'd like to see it set in Gotham. Arkham worked for the first two games, but there's no need to continue the Asylum storyline just for the sake of traditional. It would just feel forced.

The title is irrelevant. I just want more Robin. Give him some side missions in the three-quel and maybe Nightwing. Why should Bats and Catwoman have all the fun?

honestly i thought the scale model of gotham in the wayne manor challenge map was a bigger clue than the puddle was. I mean its not a large scale model of the city just kinda similar looking to what arkham city would look in a scale model

I'd love to see it and joker is not dead do you remember when he licked the cure, that was probably just enough to save him.

as for kevin conroy stating he just finished recording for a new game it could be injustice gods among us although i dont know if netherealm studios is using him. I do hope they make a sequel soon though rocksteady sure as hell knows how to make a batman game i would love to see them do a flash one.

ive already heard that theyre planning to make a game focusing on batman when he was big in the justice leauge. as he first meets the joker, but mark hamill says hes not doing the joker voice anymore! so this series is dead if they dont dive into a prequel, after all, the joker did die in arkham city, so how could they pull off a sequal game without the dark knights arch nemesis?
