Thanks to the folks at ArkhamCity.co.uk, we may have our first clue at an Arkham three!
A beady eyed YouTube user has found an all new Arkham City easter egg that could possibly point out the location of Rocksteady’s next game. Arkham Asylum had it's secret room: Arkham City has it's secret puddle!
Remember those awesome blueprints hidden within Arkham Asylum that detailed Arkham City’s location? Rocksteady were keen to show off their vision for Arkham City way before the official announcement and we think there’s a chance they’ve done the same again.

Located in The Penguin’s museum this puddle seems to hold a distant reflection of what appears to be a city skyline. Now this skyline doesn’t represent any location we’ve seen so far in the Arkhamverse: including the Gotham skyline that surrounds both games. We may be jumping to conclusions but we’d love to presume this is a possible hint to where Rocksteady are heading next. And if not, we'd love to know why Rocksteady have decided to place such an image in such a peculiar place!
But what do you think? A sneaky Easter egg from Rocksteady? Or just a group of fans going crazy over a puddle?! Who knows!
The puddle's exact location and tutorial to find it can be seen below if you are still a skeptic!
Pause at 0:44 for a GREAT look at it!
If you pull up to a tall building somewhere in Arkham City and look at the Gotham Skyline, this resembles somewhat of Gotham's as seen in the video. One can speculate as to why Gotham would be hidden in a puddle, well perhaps an event takes place where Gotham gets flooded or maybe it's just a sly clue. Arkham City fans have also searched all puddles and couldn't find this image anywhere else.
To back up that Arkham Three may be made, Kevin Conroy recently stated that he has finished voicework for a game (although it may be too early for Arkham Three) but the game doesn't have a name, only a number [That could be 3!].
That footage starts at 5:00, but the beginning of the video up until then is really entertaining.
Unrelated Side Note: After the game part, he says he voiced Batman for a new Flash movie called Flashpoint. Does this mean that DC will adapt Flashpoint as an animated movie? One can only hope. Although only Dark Knight Returns Part 1 and 2 are announced, they will be needing another film if they follow seasonal release schedule.
However, a while ago Paul Dini and Rocksteady expressed interest in doing a Superman game and doing voicework for Batman this early could mean that has had recorded a Batman cameo. That could mean that this skyline is of Metropolis, but we don't see anything that resembles landmarks such as LexCorp and The Daily Planet. So perhaps it's for Bludhaven? Nightwing was the only playable character in the game who didn't have a voice actor or appear in the story.
What do you think about this new puddle secret?
