Batman: Arkham Origins features an expanded Gotham City and introduces an original prequel storyline occurring several years before the events of Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City. Taking place before the rise of Gotham City's most dangerous villains and assassins, the game showcases a young, raw, unrefined Batman as he faces a defining moment in his early career as a crime fighter that sets his path to becoming the Dark Knight. As the story unfolds, witness identities being formed and key relationships being forged.

I really dont understand why this isn't considered the best of the three.

It blew me away.

I don't think its the best of the 3 because I predicted Joker was masquerading as Black Mask. Also, the story in Arkham City? Joker, dying? This story is nowhere near that.

That being said, I did like the game and can't wait for the DLC to come out.

@PenditaMarah Batman was only part of the league in the Nolan films in comic history and this game Batman trained under a ninja master named Kirigi who trained Ra's and his Assassins in the ninja arts it's in the dlc that's coming out u play as a young Bruce Wayne training as a ninja

I also thought this was the best out of the three. The series, though, is without a doubt, definitely top-notch.

@BlackJack10
I bought the season pass last week but still haven't got anything off it yet. I imagine the first piece will come this Tuesday.

I have a question though, Onesnowmantoanother you may want to look away now. *****SPOILER*****

After completing the game I've returned to the Batcave many times after completing side missions and talk to Alfred and one time he said something about a large creature lurking in the cave and that Batman should try avoiding it if possible. Is this just a nod to Man-Bat or will he show up in a DLC? Maybe 'ol Alfred just got knocked to hard on the dome by Bane and is just seeing things. Anyways, I just thought it was kinda interesting to here him say that.
