Keke Palmer does not do things by halves!

The Nope star recently responded to a fan's video explaining why he felt she would be a perfect pick to play Rogue (as opposed to the heroes she's usually fan-cast as, such as Storm) in the upcoming Marvel Studios X-Men reboot, and has been campaigning for the role ever since.

"That's confidential, sugar," she responded when asked if anyone from Marvel has been in touch during an interview with ComicBook.com. "No, I'm kidding. I don't know. I just know that the fans... the way that the fans have me booked, honey, online, I got to do a gig every week. So if we're adding Marvel to it, hey, let's do it. I'm ready for Rogue."

Now, Palmer has taken to Twitter to share her awesome Rogue cosplay photos.

It doesn't happen very often, but actors expressing their desire to play certain characters does sometimes land them on a studio's radar, so these stunning shots might just put her in contention for the part if the right people get a look at them.

That's assuming the character is even set to make her MCU debut, of course!

Marvel Studios hasn't even begun to cast this elusive X-Men movie yet, and is unlikely to do so for quite some time. In fact, a recent rumor claimed that contractual issues are preventing Kevin Feige and co. from introducing new actors as established mutant characters such as Wolverine, Cyclops, Storm, etc to The MCU, and they may not be able to move forward with a reboot until 2025.

That remains to be seen, but don't hold your breath for updates on this one until 2023 at the earliest.

What do you guys think? Could you see Keke Palmer suiting-up as Rogue? Drop us a comment down below.

Or maybe, you know, someone who looks like rogue?

@Origame - Because Anna Paquin was so genre-defining.

@SolarSoldier - Anna wasn’t rogue. We still haven’t seen the real rogue yet

@Origame - what do you mean when you say "looks like" homie?

@ShellHead - Not complicated, just put "Rogue Marvel" pictures on Google.

@ShellHead - do you actually think she looks like Rogue? Because she doesn’t… at all.

But I mean she’d be fine in the role but whatever you’re trying to do here isn’t working. You sound like [frick]ing RDJ in Tropic Thunder, clown.

Paquin was nothing special in the role and I think Palmer could do well but we’ll see how it shakes out.

@SolarSoldier - I mean, she at least looked closer to rogue than this. And most of the problems with fox rogue is based on the writing.

@ShellHead - ...exactly what I'm saying.

If you're trying to make this about race, well guess what? Her race is a pretty obvious way she doesn't look like rogue. Can't believe I have to say this, but a clearly black person doesn't look like a clearly white person.

@Origame - More important that she acts like Rogue, imo.

@Origame - how dare she cosplay.

@ShellHead - When I say "looks like" I mean "not black". Rogue isn't black. This chick can play Storm. Storm is black.

I know I didn't ask.

Rogue I feel would be an unknown. Thing is, it's highly unlikely she is a part of the team at first.

The OG team will likely make up the roster. Jean Grey and Storm will likely be the two females of the team. I can't see her as either.

@TheNightmareVirus - Who knows what team they go with really. I can't imagine Storm or Jean not being there now, especially if you read comics, but you can't just jam them all in. It's still a movie and there's only so much time.

As for Keke, in case the studios don't know...
