X-Men: First Class charts the epic beginning of the X-Men saga, and reveals a secret history of famous global events. Before mutants had revealed themselves to the world, and before Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr took the names Professor X and Magneto, they were two young men discovering their powers for the first time. Not archenemies, they were instead at first the closest of friends, working together with other Mutants (some familiar, some new), to stop Armageddon. In the process, a grave rift between them opened, which began the eternal war between Magneto's Brotherhood and Professor X’s X-Men.

I'm tired of everybody hating on this movie! Jeez! Why can't we just be happy that comic book movies are being made? Sure, it isn't the "first class" but at least its not another frackin Twlight movie, or eat, pray, crap or something. I don't have high expectation I'm just going in to have fun and watch a film.

Also.....why is Beast wearing shoes? Why mutate his feet just to give him shoes?

Other than that very psyched

By the way in the 1st poster they're calling this film "X-Men: First Generation". Maybe FOX should've used this title for the film instead of "First Class". It would make a lot more sense seeing that Jean, Scott, & Bobby aren't in it.

@empire638-I just posted this on the last article. As far as the story goes it does seem interesting how they added the Cuban Missile Crisis and all. However, The look of the characters isn't really inspiring. The tone of the movie is very tv movies ish, and they screwed up the continuity really really bad. So why should I go see this again. Oh yea,, cus it's a CBM [frick] that. I rented Jonah Hex on Red Box and I still want my dollar back.

I like the look of the characters - the 60's vibe is cool and new for a CBM. Kind of taps into that whole silver age thing.

I gotta say tho the marketing people and whoever is designing and releasing this posters are really not doing a great job.

If you compare it to the Thor posters they just don't really come up to scratch.

This poster is pretty cool. I think the standing poses work better than the walking poses though. Xavier looks awkward.

Banshee isn't even in them. All of these posters seem extremely random.

I am actually really looking forward to this movie. I am a die hard X-Men fan, and I have to say I was pretty disappointed by the other films. I still loved them, but it just wasn't like the show or the comics. This looks like it could be the best one in the series in my opinion. Can't wait to see Michael Fassbender in the final Magneto costume!
