Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen joke that they know nothing aboutX-Men: Apocalypse, which probably means they're not in the next X-Men installment that follows Days of Future Past. Stewart also talks about filming scenes with McAvoy while McKellen states his Magento and Fassbender's version are still very much different versions.

I swear Patrick Stewart ages at like 1/100th the rate of normal humans. You can see that time has caught up to him a little bit in this video ( especially in the voice) but it's so slight.

Wait so Fassbender said no to a Future Magneto meeting Past Magneto. If true [frick] YOU! I would have loved to seen a scene like that, at least ONE.

Anyway, this movie is going to be a soft reboot to keep the younger cast around. Also when these two legends pass away (hopefully not anytime soon) it'll be a sad day in the cinema world.

I've said it before, and this pretty much confirms it. This movie is basically acknowledging that X-Men:First Class should have never been a prequel, so instead they come up with a plot that allows them to basically throw away the original movies and continue, unrestricted, with the world that was established in First Class. I wont take issue with that so long as they can do so somewhat intelligently.

@0megaDaGod I got a pretty big blu ray collection now(including the phase 1 collection). With all the movies coming out over the next 2 years, it's going to get more ridiculous.smh


....and yes, I get the 3D versions of movies(if possible) as well.lol

Oh, and prediction time...

Aside from Wolverine, none of the original cast will meet the new cast except for McAvoy and Stewart. And it will only happen in their minds.

First quarter of this movie takes place in the present/future, the remainder takes place entirely in the past. Wolverine's mind is the only thing that travels back in time. Once Xavier comes to terms with what Wolverine was sent to do, he'll be able to come face to face with his future self (only in his mind, have you).

Love both actors. If this really is their last X-Men film, then I gotta say, great run guys, thanks for the memories!

2014 is gonna be great for CBMs. We all like to talk about which company will "win," but the real winners are us, the fans, since we're living in the Golden Age of CBMs.
