X-Men: First Class charts the epic beginning of the X-Men saga, and reveals a secret history of famous global events. Before mutants had revealed themselves to the world, and before Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr took the names Professor X and Magneto, they were two young men discovering their powers for the first time. Not archenemies, they were instead at first the closest of friends, working together with other Mutants (some familiar, some new), to stop Armageddon. In the process, a grave rift between them opened, which began the eternal war between Magneto's Brotherhood and Professor X’s X-Men.

Think of a younger, chubbier version of a blue Rebecca Romijn with longer hair and you've got Lawrence. I think she's perfect for the part.

I never really liked the scaly movie Mystique design, but that was offset by the fact that Rebecca Romijn walked around for the entirety of the films naked. Is Jennifer Lawrence willing to do the same? I kind of doubt it... she's been wearing clothes or covered up every time we've seen her.

So now it's just a Mystique design with an ugly, off-putting face, and there's nothing sexy about it. Bummer.

@cyclopst Yeah true. But there's nothing to suggest the blonde is even her true human form hair colour. I mean, if I could shapeshift, I'd make myself blonde too ... so the black is probably her human colour. (:

She actually died her hair black for a role in The Hunger Games, but yeah they could include it in future X-Movies.
