X-Men: Apocalypse is released on Wednesday in a number of international locations before reaching the US on May 27th, and while avoiding spoilers will soon become an issue for many of you, there's none to be found in this cool new featurette for the movie. We do however get some cool never before seen shots along with comments from the cast and crew about bringing En Sabah Nur to life.

Since the dawn of civilization, he was worshiped as a god. Apocalypse, the first and most powerful mutant from Marvel’s X-Men universe, amassed the powers of many other mutants, becoming immortal and invincible. Upon awakening after thousands of years, he is disillusioned with the world as he finds it and recruits a team of powerful mutants, including a disheartened Magneto (Michael Fassbender), to cleanse mankind and create a new world order, over which he will reign. As the fate of the Earth hangs in the balance, Raven (Jennifer Lawrence) with the help of Professor X (James McAvoy) must lead a team of young X-Men to stop their greatest nemesis and save mankind from complete destruction.

As well as returning cast members Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, and Nicholas Hoult, X-Men: Apocalypse will also introduce Alexandra Shipp, Sophie Turner, Tye Sheridan, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Lana Condor, Oscar Isaac, Ben Hardy, Olivia Munn, and a number of others. The movie is set to be released on May 27th, 2016. What do you guys think of this new clip from the movie? Sound off below...

@ALostCause - How ironic. After 15 or so attempts, Bryan Singer is still making mediocre X-Men movies. Crazy.

Only 61 out of 295 critics have reviewed it on RT, I'm guessing it should at least get to 65%.

I've read an outline and honestly it sounds terrible.

I mean I will say, I ain't a Singer fan but regards the X-Men films he makes are good films. May not be good adaptions but are good films.

It's strange how 2 years after his last X-Men film which is his best, he does this.

@LEVITIKUZ - I sick of seeing Singer in every damn thing related to his X-Movies. What other director puts himself in to the money shot of his movie for a magazine shoot? Why is he in the forefront of everything. You are a director dude. We shouldn't even know what you look like!

But yeah, his movies are enjoyable films but I disagree with his vision for the X-Men and his inability to give us anything aside from X-Men vs Magneto with the same tired ass arguments that have been done to death in the past 16 years of X-Films.
