Disney's "Muppets Most Wanted" takes the entire Muppets gang on a global tour, selling out grand theaters in some of Europe's most exciting destinations, including Berlin, Madrid and London. But mayhem follows the Muppets overseas, as they find themselves unwittingly entangled in an international crime caper headed by Constantine—the World's Number One Criminal and a dead ringer for Kermit—and his dastardly sidekick Dominic, aka Number Two, portrayed by Ricky Gervais. The film stars Tina Fey as Nadya, a feisty prison guard, and Ty Burrell as Interpol agent Jean Pierre Napoleon. Disney's "Muppets Most Wanted" is directed by James Bobin and produced by David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman. Bobin co-wrote the screenplay with Nicholas Stoller, who is also executive producer with John G. Scotti. Featuring music from Academy Award®-winning songwriter Bret McKenzie, "Muppets Most Wanted" hits the big screen March 21, 2014.

It may be a slow day but this isn't Comic book related in any way. I wouldn't be surprised if your next article has something to do with celebrity get-togethers.

Growing up I always knew Disney was a powerhouse, but damn are they more than ever.
Muppets, Marvel, Star Wars... and rumors that they are pursuing Hasbro... they are buying everything.

I'm getting so annoyed at people saying that news isn't comic book movie related. Come on, really? You know, by that logic, the site is called ComicBookMovie, so we should scrap all the news about actual comics. And novel adaptations. And video games. And superhero movies not based on comic books. And most of the other content on this site.

When you guys build your own site, you can decide what goes on it. The site may be called ComicBookMovie, but really it's just a site about nerdy stuff like superheroes, fantasy, sci-fi, etc. Until Galactus posts on a news article and says it shouldn't be on this site, I think it's okay for it to be here.

That being said, I don't really plan on seeing this movie, unless my nephew wants to see it or something.

@ChanchoMcGrady

This site was founded to follow comic book movies, and now whenever there is a slow day where no comic book or comic book movie news comes in, Josh post some ridiculous article about something unrelated to Comics.

If I cared about the goddamn muppets I wouldn't go to CBM to get news about it. And sure no one has stepped in to stop him from posting this garbage but that doesn't mean I can't complain about it. The amount of garbage he's allowed to post really does baffle me.

First of all, you're wrong. This does have to do with comic books. There are several comics about the Muppets.

And you can complain about whatever you want, but if you're not interested in an article, don't click on it! There's nothing forcing you to read every single article on this site. It's not as if this article in any way hurts the site. If it's a slow day, then the time he spent on this article was not time lost.

And you totally missed my point. Yes, this site was founded to follow Comic Book Movies. But it has become a lot more than that. It also follows comics, video games, book adaptations, sci-fi films, fantasy, etc.

However, since there are comic books based on the Muppet Show, this article does fall into even your strict interpretation of what can go on this site.

It looks an awfully like the last film, which is a good thing. If you remembered the marketing campaign up until the release of, "The Muppets", this campaign mirrors it almost exactly.

Plus Walter is back, so it'll be good.

Muppet Factoid:
"The Muppets" was not a REBOOT. It was a sequel to, "The Muppet Movie", trilogy(TMM, TGMC, and TMTM), pretending the other movies did not exist.

@ChanchoMcGrady

I guess we are going to have to agree to disagree because there are comic book adaptations of Sonic and My Little Pony. Does that mean they are CBM related? And I don't have a strict interpretation of what belongs, I just have enough common sense to know the Muppet aren't CBM related.

And yes CBM is now something else now but I'm saying this isn't comic book related and i feel strongly about that.
