After the one-two punch of John Wick and John Wick: Chapter 2, filmmaker Charles Stahelski has more than cemented his action pedigree. Now, according to The Hollywood Reporter, the director will soon be displaying this prowess outside the world of The Continental and Keanu Reeves' hitman.
Stahelski is attached to direct Analog, an adaptation of the Image Comics title of the same name by Gerry Duggan and David O'Sullivan. Duggan, the writer and co-creator of the book will share a "story by" credit on the film with Ryan J Condal, the creator of USA Network's sci-fi show Colony who will also serve as the film's screenwriter.
Analog is set in a future world where internet privacy and security has been compromised leading to secrets and data now being ferried by armed couriers. The story follows a courier Jack McGinnis as he finds himself targeted by white nationalists, criminal organizations and the NSA in a globe-trotting and darkly comic neo-noir tale.
Analog has no current release date.
