Shah Rukh Khan Ups The Action & Ups The Insanity In Killer Final Trailer For PATHAAN

With just ten days left on the countdown clock, Yash Raj Films has shared the official final trailer for Shah Rukh Khan's (Don: The Chase Begins Again; Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge; Veer-Zaara) hotly-awaited spy actioner Pathaan.

The new trailer finally offers a few details about the film's mysterious plot and reveals that India will find itself at the mercy of a private terror group named Outfit X, led by the über-dangerous Jim (John Abraham), who has planned a massive attack against the Indian subcontinent.

With time running out fast, the nation's leaders will seek to free and unleash their secret weapon, the long-thought-dead RAW agent Pathaan (SRK), who plans to greet the evildoers with plenty of explosive fireworks.

Advance tickets are also now on sale worldwide, including for premium formats in the United States!

The trailer also formally announces the YRF Spy Universe, confirming that this film will be set in the same cinematic universe as Salman Khan's Tiger films and Hrithik Roshan's War. YRF's ultimate goal is to bring the three global megastars together for an epic crossover film.

Check out the official final trailer for Pathaan below:

Pathaan was written and directed by Siddharth Anand (WarBang Bang!; Salaam Namaste) and will bow in theaters on January 25; coinciding with the Republic Day holiday in India, which sets the stage for a potentially monumental opening weekend for the legendary actor's first film in a leading role since 2018's Zero.

Khan will star in the title role with frequent collaborator Deepika Padukone (Chennai Express; Om Shanti Om; xXx: The Return of Xander Cage) as the female lead and John Abraham (DhoomDostanaSatyameva Jayate) playing the primary antagonist. Dimple Kapadia (Dil Chahta Hai; DabanggTenet) will also appear in a key supporting role.

SRK's longtime friend and fellow icon Salman Khan (Mujhse Shaadi KarogiEk Tha TigerTiger Zinda Hai) is slated to make an extended cameo as Avinash Singh Rathore, reprising his role from YRF's ongoing Tiger action franchise, while superstar Hrithik Roshan (Kabhi Khushi Kabhie GhamDhoom 2; Vikram Vedha) is also rumored to cameo as Major Kabir Dhaliwal from 2019's War

Pathaan (January 25) will be the first of four releases for King Khan in 2023, followed by Atlee's Jawan on June 2, Maneesh Sharma's Tiger 3 on November 10, and Rajkumar Hirani's Dunki on December 22.

Plus, check out the new theatrical poster, character posters, and music videos for "Jhoome Jo Pathaan" and "Besharam Rang," as well as the original teaser:

the lead is about as attractive as steven seagall...lord, save me from older men trying to be action stars the way they were when they were 20-30...it's just painful, and yes, i'm looking at you liam neeson...thankfully, the bad guy is hot...however, the movie itself looks like fun

I feel ignorant for this but when did Bollywood movies become so cool? My friends are into them and whenever I tried to watch them, years ago, they were so corny with a weak romantic storyline and tons of singing 🤦🏽‍♂️

@Kadara - Honestly Bollywood is still the same... but there some better movies produced from other languages/regions of India. Bollywood produces only Hindi movies... Not a fan of Bollywood, they pack same poop in new bottle every time.. Only actors, directors change... rest it's all the same...

If you like to see movies with better story and production you can check best rated IMDB movies made in India.

I think the "contributing writers" need an actual editor, nate.

Not just some guy letting them post WTF they want.

Next, we'll get notice of someone's kid having a bar mitzvah.
