MORBIUS "Honest Trailer" Actually Takes It Pretty Easy On Sony Pictures' Maligned Spidey Spinoff

While this really should be like shooting vampires in a barrel, Screen Junkies' latest "Honest Trailer" doesn't quite for the jugular with Sony Pictures' widely ridiculed Morbius.

It's Morbin' time!

You might think the Screen Junkies crew are taking aim at the lowest of low hanging fruit with this one, but the most surprising thing about this latest "Honest Trailer" is how easy it goes on the unmitigated disaster that was Morbius.

If ever a movie was primed for a good old-fashioned lambasting, it's Sony Pictures' widely ridiculed Spider-Man-less Spider-Man spinoff, and while this trailer does spotlight some of the sillier moments, it never really goes for the jugular (surely that bizarre cat-litter scene deserves an entire video of its own?)

Still, there are few laughs to be found, and the fake cast/character names at the end are sure to raise chuckles.

Morbius is now available on Apple TV+, and recently claimed the #1 spot on the streaming service. Whether that's because it's genuinely found a home-viewing audience or people are just morbidly curious after the terrible reviews is unclear.

Whatever the case may be, a sequel is highly unlikely to happen - but that doesn't mean we won't see Jared Leto return as dear old Mikey in whatever unholy team-up movie the studio seemed to be threatening in that post-credits scene.

What did you guys think of Sh*tty Sh*tty Fang Fang?
