THE FLASH Director Shares A First Look At Sasha Calle's SUPERGIRL Costume Via New Logo Tease

The Flash director Andy Muschietti continues to share teasing logo reveals to his Instagram, and this latest image provides a first look at the costume Sasha Calle will don as the DCEU's new Girl of Steel.

Andy Muschietti has previously shared a bloody logo for Michael Keaton's Batman and the new design for The Scarlet Speedster's suit, and the director has now taken to Instagram to give us a first glimpse of the costume Sasha Calle's Supergirl will don in The Flash.

The overall design seems to be in-keeping with Henry Cavill's Man of Steel suit, but there are a few alight alternations to Kara's classic comic book costume. Most notably, the red starts before the chest emblem ends and appears to continue back around the shoulders - though it's obviously difficult to tell for sure without seeing a full shot.

Muschietti has been generous with these logo reveals so far, so let's hope they continue. We may even get a proper look at some of the characters as filming continues, so be sure to keep an eye out for updates.

Christina Hodson wrote the The Flash's script, with Michael Disco and Marianne Jenkins on board as executive producers. Plot details are still under wraps, but the story is expected to be at least partially influenced by the Flashpoint comic book arc.

In addition to Calle, Ezra Miller as Barry Allen and Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck as their respective takes on Batman, Kiersey Clemons will reprise the role of Iris West, and Zack Snyder's Justice League star Ray Fisher recently indicated that there was still a chance he could appear as Cyborg (we seriously doubt that happens at this stage).

The Flash is currently shooting in The UK, and is scheduled to race into theaters on November 4, 2022.
