“The LEGO® Movie,” the first-ever, full-length theatrical LEGO® adventure, from Warner Bros. Pictures and Village Roadshow Pictures, opens in theaters February 7, 2014. Directed by Phil Lord & Christopher Miller (“21 Jump Street,” “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs”), it stars Chris Pratt, Will Ferrell, Elizabeth Banks, Will Arnett, Nick Offerman, Alison Brie and Charlie Day, with Liam Neeson and Morgan Freeman.

The original 3D computer animated story follows Emmet, an ordinary, rules-following, perfectly average LEGO minifigure who is mistakenly identified as the most extraordinary person and the key to saving the world. He is drafted into a fellowship of strangers on an epic quest to stop an evil tyrant, a journey for which Emmet is hopelessly and hilariously underprepared.

Disappointing with too much focus on the Superman/Superhero aspect. Heck, the DC characters were only in the film to promote the Lego Batman games and because Batman sets sell.

I too wondered why the Justice League was basically powerless. Then I realized it was a funny kids movie that focused on Batman primarily from the DC Universe.

It's because a little kid controlled everything, from their fighting to their actions.

Not defending that ignorant little shit, Superman should have ended everything quickly. Just sayin', that's what happened lol

Another example of how much respect WB has for DC properties that are not Batman.

Seriously, Superman was hilarious in the Lego movie.

Charlie Day served no purpose in that movie and Superman and Green Lantern were killing it. =D

Such a waste, oh well. And the excuse that Batman sells so he needs to be there is silly. Wouldn't you want to promote the guys that don't sell so that they can sell?

Batman's song at the end :)

I laughed quite a lot during the film and I was the only one laughing when Dumbledore said his name...
That film was such a delight and I liked the fact that they used Christian Bale's French dubber for Batman. Awesome.
