@ PatientZero

a major crossover event that went over 3 months in nearly every marvel title.

it was basically, loki(in disguise)got the top villains in the marvel universe to join together i.e dr.doom, magneto, mandarin, red skull, kingpin & the wizard creating the ultimate super villain team,he asked apocalypse & the mad thinker to join but they both declined.

the master plan was with all these great minds come together surely they could defeat their enemies once & for all,the idea was to put heroes up against villains they don't normally fight.

loki engineered a jail break at the vault.

some of the match ups were this.

-west coast avengers vs freedom force
-west coast avengers vs the mole man & his monsters
-west coast avengers vs u-foes
-dr.strange vs arkon
-thor vs juggernaunt
-thor & the new warriors vs juggernaunt
-thor vs loki
-captain america vs the controller
-magneto vs red skull (holocaust victim vs nazi supporter)
-spider-man vs magneto
-spider-man vs dragon man
-spider-man vs the hulk
-spider-man vs tri-sentinel
-spider-man vs goliath
-fantastic four vs inmates of the vault
-wolverine vs tiger shark
-wolverine vs mandarin (introduced us to the new look psylocke)
-punisher vs dr.doom
-vindacator(alpha flight)vs scorpion
-rusty(new mutants)vs vulture
-moon knight & punisher vs flag smasher & ultimantium
-daredevil vs ultron
-hulk vs grey gargoyle

i think there was more but i can't think of them right now.

@ patientzero

yeah, the super villain team really fell apart from the inside.

what with magneto(jewish, holocaust survivor) & the red skull(german nazi supporter) being on the same team you're just asking for trouble.

This really is a great show. Right on par with Justice League in my opinion.

@elcaballerooscuro92- YJ is good mostly because of the animation.
Green lantern: tas is the best, overall, because of the writing and the tone of the show.
