I like the Flash just as much as you but Batman sells. Thanks to Nolan, Batman is DC's flagship character. If Snyder hits a home run with Man of Steel then Superman will reclaim top billing as Nolan finishes up his trilogy. We probably need a successful live-action Flash movie before WB Execs would ever greenlight a stand-alone Flash animated movie. Right there with you though in terms of hoping.

Is there a dc short attached to this baby? All Star Superman was a let down in so many ways, hope this redeems DC.

If any of you so called Fanboys actually read Batman year one, you would be pumped seeing Gordon in that picture holding the bat and gun. Gordon in that pic is about to beat Flass like a red headed step child.

I have liked all the DC Universe Animated Movies so far (with the exception of Wonder Woman because I never saw it). Superman: Doomsday and Superman/Batman: Apocalypse were a little disappointing, but the rest have been good. My favorites are Superman/Batman: Public Enemies, Green Lantern: First Flight, All-Star Superman, Batman: Under the Red Hood, and Justice League: The New Frontier. Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths and Batman: Gotham Knights were good too though. Batman: Year One should be great. I love the comic.

This was a great movie... but I think I liked Under the Red hood better still... simply because we've seen batman's origin a million times.
Cant wait until the two-part The Dark Knight Returns...and of course SINESTRO CORPS WAR
but then after that i wish they would give us a Flash and an Aquaman movie already. (BUT Warner Bros makes the rules and they say make more bat movies...bastards)

I hope this isn’t done by the animation team that did Red Hood. They sucked and made a good film bad. They are the Scooby Doo animation team. (Not a joke) I can totally tell, and I pray they don’t use that team to make this. If so; I’m not waisting my money. Get a DC animation team and keep your WB crap away from the good stuff!

Art looks pretty good, I'd prefer them 2 ditch the trunks with all incarnations they do now though; makes a lot more sense especially with the New 52, but hey guess they were paying tribute to the original work...

I think DC should make one Wildstorm universe short to gauge the reaction. I haven't seen any those characters on tv or in movies and it would be something new and different to bring in new fans.
