In a Clevver Movies video interview that was overlooked during the San Diego Comic-Con madness, actor Corey Stoll had revealed why he's excited to be playing Darren Cross, aka Yellowjacket, in Marvel's Ant-Man movie. Within that explanation, the actor also insists Ant-Man could defeat the likes of the Incredible Hulk. When asked which of Yellowjacket's powers is he most looking forward to playing with, Corey Stoll answered "shrinking" without any hesitation. "It's so weird...if somebody were to [ask] 'What [super]power would you want?' you wouldn't say, 'I'd like to be able to shrink down to the size of an ant.' That seems like being the opposite of a superhero, but when you actually think about all the things you could do if you were that small,  and you retained your fullsize strength, you would be sort of unbeatable. Like, I think the Ant-Man could beat the Hulk. He could shrink down and go up his nose, and you know, crush his brain. How is the Hulk gonna beat the Ant-Man? He'd be chasing him around."  Hopefully we'll see this showdown in Avengers 3. Maybe. Moving along, Corey Stoll was then asked what he loves about his Ant-Man character Darren Cross, to which he replied: "He is not a villain in the vein of Thanos or Loki, who are villains that know it. [Cross] is a guy who is not that dissimilar from Michael Douglas' character, Hank Pym. A brilliant scientist, who is not ethicnally pure. I think a great thing about the whole movie is that everybody in this movie is in those shades of gray a little bit. I think it will be a fun character to create." Anyhow, this interview was conducted before Ant-Man began filming, but principal photography is currently well underway in and around Atlanta, Georgia. Director Peyton Reed has been tweeting small updates.

Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, con-man Scott Lang must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym, protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world. Directed by Peyton Reed, Ant-Man stars Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, Corey Stoll, Evangeline Lilly, David Dastmalchian, Michael Pena, Bobby Cannavale, Abby Ryder Fortson, Judy Greer, Wood Harris, John Slattery and Gregg Turkington with multi-hyphenate T.I., and the film will release July 17, 2015
