Late last night, the Ant-Man movie Twitter account sent speculation into overdrive by announcing that "Tiny BIG things" are coming, and Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania director Peyton Reed followed-up with a Tweet of his own this morning.
These hints obviously suggest that a first look at the Marvel Studios threequel is imminent, most likely in the form of a teaser trailer.
There are already rumors circulating that the trailer is set to hit later today, but we haven't heard anything official. If it is scheduled for release at some point today, it'll probably be online in just over a couple of hours from now (Marvel Studios typically debut trailers at 10am ET), so be sure to keep an eye out.
Reed is back behind the camera for Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and Hope van Dyne's (Evangeline Lilly) next adventure, which will feature the return of Jonathan Majors as the villainous Kang the Conqueror and the debut of Kathryn Newton as Cassie Lang.
Michael Douglas and Michelle Pfeiffer are set to return as Hank Pym and Janet van Dyne. "Wombats" Luis (Michael Peña) and Kurt (David Dastmalchian) will also be back as Lang's sidekicks, but T.I. (Dave) is believed to have been dropped from the movie amid multiple allegations of sexual assault against him and his wife.
It's also been confirmed that M.O.D.O.K. will appear (we recently got a first look via some merchandise art). We're still not sure how the villain will factor into the movie, but the rumor mill points to none other than Darren Cross (Corey Stoll) taking on the mantle after being banished to the Quantum Realm towards the end of the first Ant-Man.
