Ant-Man and The Wasp may not have stakes as high as Avengers: Infinity War but the sequel is still a lot of fun and it does a surprising amount to move the Marvel Cinematic Universe forward by introducing new characters, developing existing ones, and exploring the mysterious Quantum Realm.

Speaking of the Quantum Realm, it was there that Janet Van Dyne spent years trapped after shrinking down to stop a bomb from wiping out potentially millions of lives. When we meet her again in the movie, she has a very different look and now some concept art has surfaced showing some alternate takes, including a few which reveal that the hero salvaged what was left of Yellowjacket's armour!

To me it doesn’t make sense for any part of her skin or hair to be exposed. I feel the suit should be a containment unit to keep you safe for the microverse elements.

@WruceBayne - she obviously was exposed to the elements in order to gain the powers she did. She probably kept it on for the first 10 or so years but couldn’t stand the smell of excrement any longer

I liked her in the movie, but was disappointed by how little she was in it. Hopefully she's spotlighted in Avengers 4, despite the snap, because her time in the Quantum realm is unexplored, and her powers were very intriguing.

Maybe those rumors of Darren Cross still being alive in the Quantum Realm were not so far-fetched after all...

Just how in the heck does she make a BOW AND ARROW IN THE QUANTUM REALM?? And why would she even need one?? This just shows the amount of thought that went into that whole sequence.

@Super12 - The Microverse has civilization. I'm not sure why they left that out of the movie, though I've heard that if you squint, you can see a city in there.

Any of these would have been better than what was actually in the movie. She reminded me of a six year old trying to dress up like Barbie - with a half inch of makeup. Pretty gross. Natural is better! Not to mention, she was in there just trying to survive for 30 years. Why on earth would she look like that?! I literally couldn't stop laughing to myself every time I saw her on screen in the theater.

Most of these would have made zero sense. She shouldn't be getting upgrades things should have been falling apart. Then again we don't know what the hell is in there. Coulda stopped by quantum realm walmart.
