Ant-Man has earned over $401 million (and hasn't even been released in China yet) so if you think that that's all because of children, you're nuts.

Why is it that people think that they feel this and that way about something that everyone else does as well?

The Jetsons! Pym's Soviet adventures would have been perfect for a Phase 1 period piece.

I loved this movie. The humor was well handled. Special Effects and action scenes were on spot and the dialogue and script was incredible.

TO be honest I liked it more than Thor the Dark World and than Avengers Age of Ultron but did not like it more than Guardians and Winter Soldier.

What did you not like from the movie pal?

I enjoyed Avengers:Age Of Ultron more but I was pleasantly surprised by how good this movie actually was.

I would tie Ant-Man with Kingsman the Secret Service for best CBM of the year. Both of them were awesome!

I think I am the only one who liked Ant-Man more than Age of Ultron... that might be because I always root for the underdogs LOL

No need to insult anyone man, we are all (or most of all I think) adults and can have a civil conversation about comic books and comic book movies. Although I do not agree with some of your points I respect them cause they are valid and not just blind hate.

I agree with you on that for an origin story it looks too familiar. That is why some times I like better the sequels as the origin story has already been dealt with and we can just go to the meat of the story.

Most of the best parts of a franchise are the sequels, for example to me best 2nd parts:
-Superman 2
-Batman Returns
-The Dark Knight
-Spiderman 2
-X-men 2
-Hellboy 2
-Blade 2
-Captain America the Winter soldier

I think I am missing some movies in that list tho

I can see why you like Ant-Man more overall it probably is a better movie, however the action & introduction of Vision & Scarlet Witch wins the day for me.

Massive Hulk fan as well & I don't get to see enough of the Hulk on the big screen, unlike everyone else i.e Iron Man,Captain America & Thor.

@marvel72

The action on AOU was superb. I love Hulk too and I really really wish he could appear more on the MCU. I was so glad when I first read the rumors about Planet Hulk happening. I hope they can come true in 2 or 3 years.

But yes, the birth of Vision and Scarlet witch appearing was incredible. I really liked Pietro too but I was sad when he met his demise.

I am one of the supporters of the theory of the infinity gems bringing him back to life for Infinity war. He is such a good character to be gone so fast (no pun intended) in just his first appearance
