Get An Official Look At 'The Wasp' Prototype Suit From The ANT-MAN Mid-Credits Scene
"It's about damn time!" Marvel has released a new Ant-Man image revealing an official look at the unfinished Wasp suit that Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) showed Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) during the movie's first end-credits scene! Check it out after the jump!
Scott Lang's (Paul Rudd) superhero origin story might have been the focus of Marvel's Ant-Man, but the "Phase Two" movie certainly established another superhero, or rather a superheroine, in Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly). In a scene before the closing credits, Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) shows Hope the prototype for a suit that allows her to follow in the footsteps of her late(?) mother Janet Van Dyne and take up the mantle of the Wasp. Though we probably won't see the winged hero in full glory until the Avengers: Infinity War movies in May of 2018 and 2019, Marvel has shared an official look at her prototype suit from the Ant-Man mid-credits tag. What do you think?

Directed by Peyton Reed, Ant-Man stars Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, Corey Stoll, Evangeline Lilly, David Dastmalchian, Michael Pena, Bobby Cannavale, Abby Ryder Fortson, Judy Greer, Wood Harris John Slattery and Gregg Turkington with multi-hyphenate T.I., and the film opens July 17, 2015
