After three weeks in cinemas, Ant-Man is still performing well at the box office, while reaching a gross of over $300,000,000.

As of 8 August 2015 its domestic total of $141,867,000 combined with an overseas total of $159,500,000 leaves Ant-Man standing tall with a worldwide gross of $301,367,000

The final film in Marvel's Phase Two has yet to release in a number of countries such as Italy (12 August), Austria (27 August), China (18 September) and Japan (19 September).

Ant-Man will next appear in Captain America: Civil War in May 2016. It is not overly unlikely that Marvel will consider a sequel for its latest hero at some point in the future.

Sounds off your thoughts below.

Directed by Peyton Reed, Ant-Man stars Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, Corey Stoll, Evangeline Lilly, David Dastmalchian, Michael Pena, Bobby Cannavale, Abby Ryder Fortson, Judy Greer, Wood Harris John Slattery and Gregg Turkington with multi-hyphenate T.I., and the film opened on July 17, 2015

At this point, "Fant4stic" WISHES it would make what "Antman"is making. Seriously it doesn't take a genius to know which movie is better and deserves that hard-earned profit.

@KurtWagner1225
big friggin yes to that, Kurt, they did it in that poopy new Avengers show because it is scott instead of Hank, and Hawkeye doesn't trust him, but the team points out he was a criminal as well because he worked swordsman and trickshot and obviously in regular comic continuity was black widow's pawn. So, I think they might do it, would be really cool banter, I don't mind if it is cap centric, I'm just hoping they push each character along and give each team some conflict and banter, in particular would like to se hawkeye against Panther and Scott, Iron against Cap obviously, Scarlet and vision, rhodey and stark, Cap and Panther, and spidey with cap and iron man would be some nice banter, hopefully ant-man because they're the most "normal" in terms of personality.
