New ANT-MAN Concept Art Reveals Another 'WASP' Design By Andy Park & Ryan Meinerding
In wake of today's Ant-Man sequel announcement, hit the jump and check out one of the best (and finalized) costume and helmet designs front and back for the original Wasp, Janet Van Dyne, by none other than the brilliant Andy Park with help from fellow artist Ryan Meinerding.
Following today's unexpected news that Marvel Studios has added an Ant-Man & The Wasp movie to its "Phase Three" slate, fantastic artist Andy Park has now shared more of conceptual artwork from the first movie. Featuring the original Wasp, Janet Van Dyne, the images below offer a front and back view of Park's final approved suit design, and with a helmet designed by Ryan Meinerding.
Even though we got a look at an unfinished costume design for Hope Van Dyne's (Evangeline Lilly) winged superheroine at the end of Ant-Man, hopefully the updated version will look more similar to what's pictured below when she and Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) return in the sequel on July 6, 2018.
