While Evangeline Lilly (Hope Van Dyne) has confirmed that filming for Ant-Man will continue into December, star Paul Rudd (Scott Lang) was spotted shooting scenes last week in Atlanta, Georgia, which is doubling for San Francisco. Thanks to @AtlantaFilming (via Just Jared), photos show Rudd in character and making an ATM transaction while apparently casing a bank. Check out those set photos below, and also get a look at Anthony W.'s great shots which showcase how much detail the Marvel Studios production put into transforming Atlanta into San Francisco. What do you think?

Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, con-man Scott Lang must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym, protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world. Directed by Peyton Reed, Ant-Man stars Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, Corey Stoll, Evangeline Lilly, David Dastmalchian, Michael Pena, Bobby Cannavale, Abby Ryder Fortson, Judy Greer, Wood Harris, John Slattery and Gregg Turkington with multi-hyphenate T.I., and the film will release July 17, 2015

I've started looking forward to this movie again, I'm actually almost a little excited. While I would have loved to watch Wright's vision for Ant-Man I'm warming up to the idea of a more MCU compatible version of the movie.

Also rather pleased about what we've seen of Paul Rudd so far - his Scott Lang might turn out to be another damn likeable MCU character! :)

Cool to see something. Very optimist about the movie. But both Evanlinge lilly and Michael douglas publicly said they enjoyed their time making it and that's a good sign. And Rudd will be great as Lang. Just skeptical of Reed and the script ( but Mckay's positive words are comforting).

@MrMartinMarvel IMHO, Ant-Man has had the most least interesting set photos of all recent CBMS.

Now that's a classic Ant-Man logo, which is also kind of the only interesting thing to see in these pics for now :P.

Ha, exactly the same. As much as I love what we've seen from AoU, Daredevil could be something even more special and damn, 13 HOURS WORTH

I'm still not at all excited for this. Paul Rudd, Adam Mckay? This movie is gonna suck. Did I mention that I hate Anchorman?
