AQUAMAN Concept Art Features Orm And Vulko Sitting Atop Giant Prehistoric Sharks
Following yesterday's batch of official Aquaman stills, we have a first-look at some concept art from James Wan's DC Comics adventure, giving us a glimpse of Orm and Vulko riding seriously lethal steeds...
Yesterday brought us a whole host of Aquaman goodies courtesy of EW, and now a scan from the magazine provides us with a first look at the Atlanteans' preferred form of underwater transport.
The concept art also features statues of the original seven rules of Atlantis, as Orm, a.k.a. Ocean Master, and Vulko swim below on their lethal steeds.
In addition, we have textless, higher quality versions of yesterday's stills, so be sure to check them out along with the artwork below.
UPDATE: EW has now released an official version of the art as well as an actual still from the film, which features giant Sea Dragons!

Ocean's Seven
As we previously mentioned, this artwork depicts the seven original rulers of Atlantis. Some are humanoid-looking, others bear more of a resemblance to the aquatic creatures they share the ocean with.
The accompanying text reveals that Atlantean soldiers ride great white sharks, while Orm (Patrick Wilson) sits astride a prehistoric Tylosaur, and Vulko (Willem Dafoe) has mounted a giant black Hammerhead Shark.
The image is too small to make out any of the characters' features, but this is still pretty damn cool!
Aquaman To the Rescue
Jason Momoa's King of Atlantis storms a submarine that's been taken over by pirates.
Black Manta
The villainous Black Manta (Yahya Abdul-Mateen II) inspects his handiwork. Fans seem very happy with the character's comic-accurate headgear!
Arthur Curry and Mera
This shot sees Arthur Curry and Mera (Amber Heard) studying some kind of map. Could this lead to that mysterious object that was glimpsed in some recent set photos, perhaps?
James Wan Readies His Shot
Finally, we see director James Wan preparing a shot while our heroes converse with Vulko (Willem Dafoe).
