AQUAMAN Director James Wan Gives Us A Little Sneak Peek At The Upcoming SDCC Trailer
The first trailer for Aquaman is set to debut at San Diego Comic-Con this weekend, and director James Wan has taken to Twitter to give fans a teasing glimpse of an awesome looking shot. Check it out...
As fans eagerly await the first footage from Aquaman at San Diego Comic-Con this weekend, James Wan is "working overtime to put the finishing touches" on the trailer.
Late last night, the director shared a still from the trailer via Twitter, and it gives us a teasing glimpse of an Atlantean standing on some rocks with his arms outstretched as a gigantic whale crashes through the waves in front of him.
Although this is very similar to a comic book panel from 2012's "Throne of Atlantis" featuring Aquaman himself, the prevailing theory seems to be that this is actually King Atlan or Orm, a.k.a. Ocean Master (Patrick Wilson).
Whoever it turns out to be, this is a pretty awesome image, and will no doubt succeed in getting Aqua-fans even more hyped for the trailer at SDCC this Saturday.
Aquaman swims into theaters on December 21st.
