Aquaman is the only DC Comics movie currently set to be released in 2018 and it's scored an excellent December release date now that Star Wars has decided to move back to May. The cast is amazing and one of the most surprising additions was Nicole Kidman. While there had been rumblings she might appear in Wonder Woman, most of us never expected to see her appear in a superhero movie.
In Aquaman, Kidman plays Atlanna, the other of Arthur Curry. If you know anything about her comic book counterpart, you'll probably be well aware that her role will be a small one but this new photoshoot proves that the actress is going to look amazing when she heads under the sea!
Unfortunately, we don't have any new quotes from Kidman about Aquaman but she has previously said that she's excited to play what she's described as a "female warrior" and jumped at the chance to work with director James Wan.
