Hot Toys has fully pulled back the curtain on its second Doctor Doom figure for Avengers: Doomsday, and we now know the villain will go by Victor Von Doom while in this guise.

This makes sense, especially as he's set to present himself as an ally to the Multiverse's Mightiest Heroes before going full Doctor Doom and unleashing the Sentinels on them on Earth-10005. It's an interesting look for the character, and appears to be what he was wearing in The Fantastic Four: First Steps' mid-credits scene.

It's a formidable look for Victor, and one that seems to pay homage to his earliest comic book appearances. The mask is also interesting, and yet again, we can't help but notice that there are no scars around Doom's eyes.

The figure, released by the Hong Kong-based Hot Toys, will be limited to 3000 pieces worldwide. It's currently unclear when Victor goes up for pre-order, but many fans will surely want to wait until they see Avengers: Doomsday before committing to such a pricey figure.

Hot Toys describes the character as "a master of both cutting-edge science and ancient sorcery," adding that he "commands respect and instils fear across the Multiverse."

Check out the Victor Von Doom below, along with the official product description.

This figure features a newly crafted helmeted head with separate rolling eyeballs to capture his calculated gaze. Unlike his armored attire, this version showcases a tailored ensemble designed for travel and movement without sacrificing regal authority. It includes a dark green tunic, belt with a rectangular buckle, pants, long boots, and a dark green hooded cloak textured with a hexagonal pattern. The cloak features bendable wire for dynamic posing, secured by a magnetic silver-colored clasp and a metal chain.

Doom’s command is brought to life with multiple interchangeable hands alongside specialized accessories, including translucent green colored flame effects and a pair of hands surrounded by translucent green and black krackle effects, depicting Doom channeling formidable mystic power. A specially designed figure stand with dual interchangeable display poles completes the set.

In Avengers: Doomsday, beloved heroes from three distinct universes will be set on a deadly collision course and face an existential threat unlike anything they’ve ever encountered.

Avengers: Doomsday stars Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Anthony Mackie, Winston Duke, Tom Hiddleston, Sebastian Stan, Letitia Wright, Paul Rudd, and Robert Downey Jr. Wyatt Russell, Simu Liu, Tenoch Huerta Mejia, Mabel Cadena, Florence Pugh, Danny Ramirez, David Harbour, Hannah John-Kamen, Lewis Pullman, India Rose Hemsworth, and Wesley Holloway all make their Avengers franchise debuts.

The Fantastic Four: First Steps leads Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, and Joseph Quinn join them, as do X-Men franchise stars Kelsey Grammer, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Alan Cumming, Rebecca Romijn, and James Marsden, along with Deadpool & Wolverine star Channing Tatum.

Avengers: Doomsday is set to be released on December 18.

I don’t see how they’ll get the full RDJ movie presence value from this since he’ll be wearing a mask most of the time.

I get the same complaint at parties.

I like how the lack of the signature welding bolts makes this one seem more elegant and almost regal, but the one element I don't like about both masks is how wide their holes for the eyes are. I feel like they expose a lot more of his skin than we're used to from other iterations.
