It Seems We Have Our First Look At Spider-Man In AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR
A photo previously believed to be from Spider-Man: Homecoming has surfaced which shows Peter Parker in action in Avengers: Infinity War as he suits up to go join the battle against Thanos...
When a handful of journalists were chosen to visit the Marvel Studios headquarters earlier this year, one of the many photos on display (which was then photographed and put online) can be seen below. At the time, it was widely assumed that this was just a random behind the scenes image from Spider-Man: Homecoming but those who saw the Avengers: Infinity War trailer last night say otherwise!
Apparently, this shot of Peter Parker clinging onto the side of a school bus is actually from the superhero ensemble and matches up with trailer descriptions which stated that climbs atop this vehicle to join the action and help aid The Avengers in the battle against Thanos. Look at the mask he has, though, and this is clearly before Iron Man gives him that upgraded suit from the end of his solo film.
While it's obviously important to note that we don't have official confirmation about this photo being from Avengers: Infinity War, the scene definitely wasn't in Spider-Man: Homecoming and the signs are pointing to it being from the highly anticipated release. With any luck, Marvel will reveal this and more officially in the near future but it could be that they choose to focus on Thor: Ragnarok and Black Panther at Comic-Con next weekend.
