AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Hits Tracking With Early Estimates Pointing Towards A $200M+ Opening
Avengers: Infinity War arrived on tracking today, and, perhaps not too surprisingly, the Marvel epic looks set for a whopping $200 million plus opening when it hits theaters everywhere on April 27...
At this stage, it'd really only be news if a Marvel Studios movie didn't have an impressive opening weekend, and considering Avengers: Infinity War is by far the biggest MCU entry to date, it was always a safe bet that it would enjoy a mighty box office bow.
Deadline is now reporting that the Russo Brothers-directed superhero epic has hit tracking, and early estimates indicate that it could rake in over $200 million during the highly anticipated April 27-29 opening weekend.
It is worth noting that this is an industry projection, so we can probably expect Disney's to be a little more conservative.
Tell us, so you think Infinity War will exceed expectations, or do you believe there's a chance it won't perform as well as many assume it will? Drop us a comment and let us know.
