A new photo from the set of Avengers: Infinity War has found its way online and it reveals that Jeremy Renner's Clint Barton will be rocking a very different look when Earth's Mightiest Heroes return.

At the end of Captain America: Civil War, Steve Rogers broke his team of Avengers out of The Raft and we still have no idea what's become of them. The first poster for Avengers: Infinity War confirmed that Steve will be rocking a beard and that Black Widow - who wasn't imprisoned but betrayed Iron Man - has gone blonde and it now appears as if we can expect Hawkeye to have a drastic new look too.

As you can see in the photo below, he'll be rocking what looks like a military style mohawk in Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers 4 (which is currently shooting right now despite what it says on the chair).

Why? We don't know right now but it could be because he's on the run or simply due to Marvel changing the looks of these heroes to sell more merchandise! It's also possible that Hawkeye will suit up in the costume he wore in the Ultimate Universe but we're just going to have to wait and see.

What do you guys think of Hawkeye's new look? Share your thoughts in the comments section below.

@WakandaManAreU - he never should've been an Avenger in the first place imo. It oddly work in the comics, Hawkeye being the blue collar Avenger, but they really had little to no idea how to use him here. That's on Whedon.

I'm a Hawkeye fan and the character is a good one, tbhe comics tell us that.

I always had an idea of how you use him in this universe that I thought would've been cool.

Pitch: They haven’t really highlighted the tragic signatures of the character’s back story ( partially deaf, beaten as a kid, treated like a freak, joined the circus, became a villain, etc. Making him a family man was a nice homage to the comics, but a lax attempt at making him relatable. It was very soft. I would've given him more spotlight in Avengers. Mostly every other character had major development with their own solo films, so Clint deserved to get more screentime and backstory. He barely has a backstory.

I would've made use of the Marvel One-Shots and explored his history through them. I would've also included him in TWS, like they initially had the idea too. Give him maybe 10 min of screen time. You can do some things with that. Not only that, but I would've had his tragic past highlighted in AOU when Wanda was mind bending people. Show his young circus life, him being a criminal and being beaten as a kid. Show how he's hearing impaired too. This gives him layers.

It’s Hawkeye’s relative normalcy which makes him so awesome. As Jeremy Renner so eloquently put it in Avengers: Age Of Ultron: “The city is flying, we’re fighting an army of robots, And I have a bow and arrow. None of this makes sense.” But it's his tragic backstory and hearing loss that gives him pathos and shapes him. It rounds the character.

@BlackBeltJones - Him and Widow both feel useless most of the time to me. They shouldve stayed AoS/Nick Fury's right hands then branched off and did their own thing on tv or sumn.

@WakandaManAreU - I actually like Widow. Mostly only in the hands of The Russos as they understand her very well. Whedon got the ball rolling pretty well with the "Red in her ledger" bit though. Russos really comprehend the very concept of Widow and get ideology.

If we get a Widow solo, I'd let the Russos direct or Markus and McFeely write it. Those guys really get her and portray her well imo. I think her amd Clint can stand up amongst their more enhanced teammate. It's all about highlighting their distinctiveness the riggt way.

@BlackBeltJones - I always thought he was awesome for other reasons and I didn't know he had hearing loss til now. I guess it adds a layer but isn't necessary for you to understand why he's a great character

@KIDCOM - Nooo! He can't die before we get Hawkeye and Kate Bishop on screen together. But seriouslier, I'm pretty sure EVERYONE is going to die in this movie. EVERYONE.

Quickest way to show character growth is through visual differences. Love it. Begs the question, is he not in avengers 3? Or does he get this new hair do in between movies

He isn't buffed up at all at the moment. It could be because he broke his arms and couldn't train, or it might be that he was told not to and they always intended to completely change his look. Either way, I would say that he will not have bare arms.He showed off his hair-do properly on the Late, Late show last week.

I have to say that the mask at the top of the story would work well with his new hair style, so if was a betting person I would go with that.

I wouldnt be surprised if they have different personas/call signs given the events of Civil War. It makes it easy to bring up "Nomad"; "Ronin", etc.

Thats alot of assuming Josh! Just because the back of his hair tails off doesnt neccessarily mean its a total MoHawk...

Also you title this artilce and image it like this is about his full costume, even using the Ultimate Hawkeye costume to make people think he will have a costume more resembling this...

For shame!!!

Hawkeye is just as irelevant as the X-Men movie mutants that are not Wolverine,Charles,Magneto and Storm.

@MrFridayNights - I would put movie Storm in that irrelevant box, although she definitely shouldn't be.

I disagree on Hawkeye being irrelevant. Sure, he may no have as much development as the Marvel Icons, but he definitely has got some backstory. That can't really be said for a lot of the X-Men movie mutants.
