"[It's great] to have my brother there. Even if we don't get along. Hiddleston] is fantastic. [He gave] an incredible, incredible performance in the film, and he's going to do the same in this one."

"There's certainly some tension. You've got big egos on these superheroes. None of them want to be told what to do or form an alliance with these people who they don't understand anything about," he said. "In the comic books, you see that it's not an easy mix; that's definitely in [the movie]."

"Well, you'd want it, wouldn't you? Otherwise, why are we all there? I think it would be safe to say you can expect something like that."

Don't mock archers, remember what happened to King Harold in 1066!

What happened to King Harold in 1066? Gasp! did someone stab him?
That sounded like a fun interview. And I'm glad to hear that Thor isn't the be all and end all of power on the team. I think maybe when Chris says 'he comes up against his challenges' he might be talking of the hulk. That says a WHOLE FREAKIN' lot about the hulk when you see the utter devastating carnage Thor reaks so easily in the movie.
It would be cool to have thor maybe mocking hawkeye in the begining like 'sit down small fry, you'll hurt yourself.' then later hawkeye saving thors ass from something. As long as all the character get to show their best side, and i'm sure they will, I'll be happy.

Richard the lion heart too correct? ;)

Anyways I'd love to see that tension onscreen, as long as it's not that way behind the scenes!!!

Oh boy Oh boy! I've just watched Thor and I gotta say, what a great movie it is! For those who have read the script I gotta say that some omissions were made, but also some increments, and good ones! Loki was great, Thor was fantastic and the easter eggs and connections to the other movies were perfect. I recommend for all of those who enjoy a good CBM, marvel or DC.

Just came back from seeing Thor...i'm honestly alittle disappointed, 3D was a waste of money and the story had weak spots, although, Loki was very good and the Destroyer was the best action sequence, 3/5.

Frostbite how do you like the fact that the bands of armor have a functional purpose. I wasnt dissapointed with Thor it left me wanting more which is agood thing for a Franchise movie. Thor and Loki are growing into their classical characters, what i did feel was weak was Hogun and Fandral. Give me more Lauffey, more Silvertongue more Asgard, more realms I can't wait for The Avengers just to see Loki and Thor!

This movie I like it...ANOTHER!!

Just saw Thor and it was great! Not perfect by any means but hit all the right notes and had a good balance between story, action and humour. I saw it in 3D and to be honest apart from the Thor flying sequences it did not add anything to the spectacle. In fact it hampered the viewing in some instances as it made dark scenes even darker and difficult to follow, particularly the opening Jotunheim frost giant battle. MY ADVICE IS TO SEE IT IN 2D! Overall I loved it and will see it again soon in 2D!

N.B. For anyone who did not get the King Harold connection to the interview above - he was shot in the eye by an arrow and died at the Battle of Hastings in 1066. The image is taken from the Bayeux Tapestry that depicted the battle.

Cheers topcat10 I get the reference now. I agree that the 3d did not really add anything to the movie and did in fact make action very hard to discern in that battle as it was already hectic. But the sound the destroyer made was powerful and scary. Great fights in the movie.

breakUbatman, I guess disappointed is a little harsh, i agree that the Warriors Three were the weakest point in the cast (with than Darcy, who was totally useless).
But i laughed so hard when the shield agents called them "Zena, Jackie Chan and Robin Hood".The romantic points between Thor and Jane were really forced and unnecessary, that and Hensworth and Portmen have terrible onscreen chemistry (Rather they left that for the sequel) although, Jaimie Alexander was a different story, with the few scenes they had.
The other thing that bugged me was that it was written so contemporarily, it sucked all the history out of Asgard, it built it up with the history of Odin and the Frost Giants, but it kinda shot itself in the foot with the costumes, they seemed out of place.

EDIT: ALSO, I agree with topcat10, see it in 2D, it'll be easier to follow and you'll be that little but richer.

@topcat10 I agree that sometimes the 3D made it hard follow the dark scenes But whatever i'm going too see it again but in 2D :)
