POLL: THE AVENGERS TV Spot Vs THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN Trailer, Who Wins?

POLL: THE AVENGERS TV Spot Vs THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN Trailer, Who Wins?

This week is probably the most epic week in existence. We've had the minute long Super Bowl TV spot for The Avengers and the second trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man. But which one is better? Hit the jump to vote!

The only thing that could make this week better would be more footage/news for The Dark Knight Rises, but that probably won't happen. The 1 minute TV spot was undeniably epic and provided our first real look at Loki's Army, but The Amazing Spider-Man trailer was great, it finally showed a wise cracking Spidey and our first look at the Lizard. But which one was better? In my opinion, I can't decide. But what do you think?

The Amazing Spider-Man is being released on July 3 2012 in 3D and IMAX 3D and The Avengers is being released on May 4 in 3D and IMAX 3D also.

Both where great. I vote for the Avengers. The last few seconds showing the whole team in a circle was AWESOME!!! AntMan and Wasp where missing. The trailer for Spiderman was awesome as well. I hope that Connors will be a full lizard with a "SNOUT" in the movie.

3 big movies this year, CANT WAIT!!!

Avengers all the way. Spider's trailer was just mediocre. The more footage and news I see of this movie the less interested I get.

Gotta say Avengers. The TASM trailer was excellent, but the Avengers TV spot is really phenomenal.

Avengers all the way. They still left us wanting more and with even more questions than before. Marvel is playing it perfectly. TASM looks awesome too, but I know the whole story from seeing that trailer and I'm pretty sure that's all there is to it. "young Peter Parker turns into vigilante and, thru the process of acquiring his powers of a spider, somehow Dr Conners acquires powers of a lizard and they fight.. Gwens dad is a cop hunting pete/spider man.. Most likely uncle ben bites the bullet" pretty sure there's not much more than that going on in that movie except Webb's take on the character. Seems Batman-ish IMO and Lizard looks awful.. He looks like a SleeStak from the Will Ferrell movie lol.. And the story itself just seems like every other Spider Man movie.. Hero vs. Scientist gone bad that the hero inevitably feels responsible for.. Osborn/Goblin? Octavius/Doctor Octopus? I love Spider Man as a character but I feel they should've waited longer to reboot and come up with some different angles other than swapping Mary Jane for Gwen, which to the general public, won't seem like any difference at all.. Avengers has my undivided attention going forward. I'll see TASM but I'm wayyyyyyy more pumped for May 4th! Bring it Marvel!

I really think that the avengers was the best out of the 3 and I think it might be the best film out of the 3 as well. I thought that the battleship trailer was also pretty good... but dang it if the movie wasn't called battleship people probably wouldn't have been trolling and bitching? HAHHAHAHHA!

The Amazing Spider-man trailer played out more like how Nolan's Batman trailers---story-driven, darker tone, with enough information to not spoil the whole movie and give us a taste. The Avengers gave out everything in one shot---action, some story, and more action.

The Avengers, The Amazing Spider-man, and The Dark Knight Rises will all be great films. However, they will be great in there own right. The Avengers will be great for the amount of celebrities and action, not so much story. The Amazing Spider-man is shaping up to be like Batman Begins---some well know actors/actresses, and a story that will be unexpected. The Dark Knight Rises is the last in the trilogy, the hype is tremendous and we can justifiably assume that it will be great in all aspect because of Nolan's track record, not that it can't fall shot of its predecessor.

Overall, I am definitely excited for all three movies, and would hope more people can reserve definitive criticism for when the actually see the movie. Having the Lizard without a "snout" may not be as bad as you think, though I do see your point about it. (The movie is still being edited, give it time.)

TDKR is such a different class of CBM... not saying it's better or worse, just different! It's a bit strange comparing it with the other two.

Spiderman. And yet, Avengers is going to be the first time a super-hero team has come together, so it's going to be big. All three will be good in their own way.
