This all-new original film arrives April 14, 2015 from Warner Bros. Home Entertainment on Blu-Ray Deluxe Edition, Blu-Ray Combo Pack, DVD and Digital HD. The brand-new product offering, Blu-ray Deluxe Edition, will include the Blu-Ray Combo Pack, along with a Batman figurine in a gift set.

Batman vs. Robin will be available on Blu-ray Deluxe Edition for $29.96, Blu-ray Combo Pack for $24.98 SRP and on DVD for $19.98 SRP. The shadows of Gotham City are no place for a child but Damian Wayne is no ordinary child. Now bearing the mantle of Robin, he blazes a headstrong and sometimes reckless trail alongside his father, Batman. While investigating a crime scene, Robin encounters a mysterious figure, Talon, who leads him on a life-altering course through the depths of Gotham's secret society, known as The Court of Owls. It's a dangerous journey that will force Batman and Robin to face their most dangerous adversary, each other! Based on the #1 best-selling graphic novel, Batman: The Court of Owls, this action-packed caper is one that fans won't want to miss!

"Batman vs. Robin has all the elements of a memorable film - powerful villains, treacherous plot twists and tensions amongst allies," said Mary Ellen Thomas, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Vice President, Family & Animation Marketing. "Showcasing a fantastic voice cast, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment is proud to release Batman vs. Robin as the next DC Universe Original Movie."

Television stars Jason O'Mara (Terra Nova, USA Network's upcoming Complications) and Stuart Allan (Son of Batman) reprise their roles as the voices of Batman/Bruce Wayne and Robin/Damian, respectively. Adding to the celebrity-laden voice cast is Jeremy Sisto (Law & Order, Suburgatory) as Talon, singer/songwriter/comedian Al Yankovic as The Dollmaker, David McCallum (NCIS) as Alfred, Grey Griffin (Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends) as Samantha, Sean Maher (Serenity) as Nightwing, and Kevin Conroy (Batman: The Animated Series) as Thomas Wayne.

Produced by Warner Bros. Animation and DC Entertainment, the film is directed by Jay Oliva (Batman: Assault on Arkham) from a script by award-winning comic writer J.M. DeMatteis. James Tucker (Justice League: Throne of Atlantis) is supervising producer.

All I care about is the Gods and Monsters preview.

[frick] Batman vs Robin and the Court of Owls don't get the spotlight.

STRIKE THREE?
The DC will be able to do 3 bad animations?

Bruce Timm, please save the DC animated films with Gods and Monsters.

I relly liked Throne of Atlantis except the transition from Arthur to Aquaman was a bit jarring. Way better than Batman and Son and JL War. The portrayal of WW and the size of Darkseid took a lot of gloss off for me.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

No way this shit is getting my money, I love Batman in most of his incarnations but this is like a bad impression of a badass Batman.

The covers are always good. From what it looks like in the trailer this is a mix of the Court of Owls and the NoBody storyline where he tried to manipulate Robin into being his protege. Wouldve liked to see a movie fully based on the Court of Owls arc alone but w/e. Hopefully this will be better than Son of Batman.

I read the bonus content wrong. When it said advanced look at the next DC Universe Original movie i thought it was referring to the cinematic universe. I almost did a backflip sitting down

I thought Throne of Atlantis was awesome.

I really liked Throne of Atlantis. It was a bit rushed, but at 71 minutes (with credits) it's quite short. The animation was beautiful. And i love how DCAU now makes fun of their old movies (Batman and Robin nod in Assault on Arkham, Steele in Throne of Atlantis)

Dollmaker is in this. With the DC animated team doing the New 52 storylines, I wonder if this means that he will cut Joker's face off in an after credits scene and we'll get a Death of the Family animated film in 2016.

The usual story. Cover art: High quality. Animated art: rushed, weak, poor. Like two different worlds.

@BillyBatson1000 - Completely agree. It's time to move away from the Phil Burassa-type character design because clearly they can't animate it for sh!t.

And Throne of Atlantis was very meh. A lot of pacing issues, some poor voice work, and again, terrible body proportions on the male characters (Aquaman appeared to be 2m wide in some of the close-ups).

WB need to pick up the quality.

April? That's good news. I was expecting late summer. I hope Best Buy comes out with a little Robin statue instead of Deathstroke like last time.

yeah.... no....

dc movies have been shit since flashpoint. only suicide squad was good. shame they need to cram everything into 70mins.

@dannramm113: So that WAS a Steel reference. I was wondering if it was just me. Anyway, that movie wasn't that great. Then again, Aquaman sucks, so.... Also, Xbox video's version is all messed up. It doesn't play the letterbox format, so I had to get a refund. It's still not fixed. Sucks.

@COREY6487

If DC hasn't had a good movie since Flashpoint, but Assault on Arkham was good, could you say they haven't had a good movie since flashpoint...im confused. either way, they aren't shit, if you look at the past they would release some decent movies (war, son) in between great movies (arkham)
DannRamm113
DannRamm113 - 1/21/2015, 8:19 AM
@Luminus

Batman wasn't prominantly featured in Arkham (which had his [frick]ing name in the title) or throne. DCAU is expanding, releasing a solo movie with batman this year, but pretty much an aquaman movie and a gods and monsters (curiosity has been strucken) as well

holy shit... are you retarded? its a faster way to say the movies are shit instead of naming them all. [frick]ing idiot. hahaha

@dannramm113: No, but he was there, which is my point. How many movies has the Flash been in? Wonder Woman? Green Lantern? Batman is in almost every DC movie.
